Speaker's Biography:
Fr. Orsy taught Canon Law at The Catholic University of America from 1974 to 1991. During the Council he was Professor of Canon Law at the Gregorian University in Rome; he had the opportunity to follow the Council closely, participate in many discussions, and to do expert work for bishops. His book on “Receiving the Council” (Liturgical Press, 2009) received an Award by the Catholic Publishers Association.
