Federico Genoese-Zerbi, Esq., is an attorney based in Fairfax, Virginia, and candidate for the JCL at the Catholic University of America.
Born in Rome, Italy, in 1964, Mr. Genoese-Zerbi completed his undergraduate studies in mechanical engineering at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology before earning his JD at the New England School of Law, where he received the New England Scholar award for academic excellence.
Mr. Genoese-Zerbi’s current research interests include the influences of Roman law on the development of medieval common law, as well as the intersection between canon law and secular law. As a result of his eclectic background (including scientific research at the New England Medical Centers in Boston) Mr. Genoese-Zerbi’s publications include articles in speech pathology, rehabilitation science, environmental law, and the interactions between canon law and secular law.
